If user responsibilities are growing and time is becoming limited, KLA-Tencor has a solution that provides maximum flexibility, saving your organization time and money. KLA-Tencor's Learning & Knowledge Services offers a computer-based training course for AIT tools as a convenient alternative to instructor-led courses. This self-paced course allows students to learn at their own pace at a time that is best for them. Time away from the office is minimized, and travel and living expenses are reduced. Our computer-based program can be used at home or in the office and is a useful reference guide for KLA-Tencor AIT equipment operations. All training material is accessed via CD ROM. The simulation software allows users to perform tool operations on their own PCs as if they were right in the fab. AIT tools can remain in production while one or more users are being trained. Simply select an icon for interactive learning, and the self-paced training begins. This CBT covers both the AIT I and AIT II.

For users who want to receive a complete training experience, we recommend computer-based training be supplemented with hands-on training from an experienced AIT user.
