KLA-Tencor's Learning & Knowledge Services offers a computer-based training course for 6000 series tools as a convenient alternative to instructor-led courses. This self-paced course allows students to learn at their own pace at a time that is best for them. Time away from the office is minimized, and travel and living expenses are reduced. Our computer-based program can be used at home or in the office and is a useful reference guide for KLA-Tencor 6XY0 equipment operations. All training material is accessed via CD ROM. The simulation software allows users to perform tool operations on their own PCs as if they were right in the fab. 6XY0 tools can remain in production while one or more users are being trained. Simply select an icon for interactive learning, and the self-paced training begins. This CBT covers models 6200, 6220, 6400 and 6420.
