In this Video Training Program, you will be presented with instruction on how to operate the 2135 system. Training is limited to the use of existing Inspection Setup files. Creating Inspection Setups is not covered. To follow the program, you will reference the KLA 2135 User's Manual and the supplied Workbook. At the end of each video module, you will be asked to complete the related testing section in the workbook.
