Course Description: This is an introductory course for the operation and application of the AIT XUV/XP+ wafer inspection tools. It is designed for process engineers and defectivity/yield engineers. Students will receive classroom instruction and hands-on training in creating and optimizing production-worthy recipes. In addition, the student will be introduced to the theory of operation and the major system components.
